I told him that this was completely against the rules, and that signing up for something just to advertise your own sites is just taking advantage of someone else.
I didn't know if it was only me that recieved it, or only admins that can ban, so incase I can't ban, just warning you all.

The person also obviously doesn't know what is deemed 'active' a post every other day or so is still an active site >.> wow...
